EBNER Industrieofenbau GmbH seeks an AI Solution Specialist to design and deploy AI solutions from concept to production. You will work on our AI platform across on-premises or Azure environments, focusing on LLMs, RAG, and vector databases, and build intelligent agents and automations.

You will contribute to governance, compliance, and security in an AI context, translating business needs into robust technical designs while collaborating with regional teams in the DACH area.

Formación

• Completed education in information technology (apprenticeship/HTL/college degree).
• Professional experience in AI, ideally with LLM-based approaches and agentic AI.
• In-depth knowledge of AI with focus on LLM-based approaches and agentic AI.
• Experience operating AI solutions on in-house infrastructure and/or cloud (open-source LLMs, RAG, vector databases, containers/Linux, Azure).
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure AI Foundry is a plus.
• Experience with governance and compliance in an AI context (Responsible AI, data protection, access policies).
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills plus translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent command of German and English (C1 level).

Responsabilidades

To strengthen the AI team at EBNER Corporate Service Group, we are looking for an AI Solution Specialist with broad AI expertise (LLMs, AI agents, and related topics). In this role, you will implement AI solutions from the initial use-case concept through to production, and actively help shape the development of our AI infrastructure—from seamless operations in the DACH region to Microsoft Azure and Copilot.

TASKS

• Design and implementation of AI solutions from prototype to production rollout
• Contribute to the development and operation of our AI platform (on-premises, DACH hosting, or Microsoft Azure), including LLMs, RAG, and vector databases
• Develop agents and automations on our own platform, in Azure AI Foundry, and in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Further development of governance and compliance mechanisms (e.g., permissions, logging, output controls)
• Joint implementation of use cases with business units—from requirements gathering to deployment

PROFILE

• Completed education in the field of information technology (apprenticeship/HTL/college degree)
• Professional experience in the field of AI, ideally with LLM-based approaches and agentic AI
• In-depth knowledge of AI, with a focus on LLM-based approaches and agentic AI
• Experience operating AI solutions on in-house infrastructure and/or in the cloud (e.g., open-source LLMs, RAG, vector databases, containers/Linux, Microsoft Azure)
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure AI Foundry (or comparable platforms) is a plus
• Experience with governance and compliance in an AI context (e.g., Responsible AI, data protection, data classification, access policies, documentation)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent command of German and English (C1 level)

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (Information and Consulting) based on full-time employment is EUR 49,000.
