Globant is seeking a Senior AEM Backend Developer to drive backend solutions for digital products. The role emphasizes Java and AEM, including building and extending WCM components and integrations.

You'll work with modern frameworks such as Sling, OSGi, REST, and Maven, contributing to scalable backend services while collaborating with a diverse, inclusive team. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).
• Software development experience, mostly Java.
• Solid experience with AEM.
• Experience extending AEM functionality.
• Design, develop and support WCM components, integrations and applications.
• Knowledge of JCR, Sling, Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, JSON.
• Experience with Maven and AEM Maven archetype.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)


• -Software development experience, mostly Java - Solid experience working with AEM Thorough understanding of the building blocks of AEM


• Experience extending AEM basic functionality, administrative areas


• Design, develop and support WCM components, integrations and applications


• Working knowledge and understanding of the following frameworks: JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, JSON.


• Experience working with MAVEN, being familiar with any AEM MAVEN archetype


• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
