Workato in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a skilled Welder to join our construction team. You will weld and fabricate metal parts according to drawings and standards.

The ideal candidate has MIG, TIG and Stick experience, can read blueprints, work safely, and contribute to quality checks. We provide accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Job Title: Welder (Nizwa, Oman)

We are a leading construction company in Nizwa, Oman and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and industry standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Measure and cut metal components to the required specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
• MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various types of metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with different types of metal such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Physical strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
