Waiter/Waitress in Nizwa, Oman

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Nizwa, Oman. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food and beverage industry and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and efficient service.

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
• Assisting with menu recommendations and dietary restrictions
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Handling guest complaints or concerns professionally

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
