Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasonic inspection using 3.1.3.2 technique.
• Set up inspection equipment prior to the work (As Required).
• Calibrate the system during setup (As Required).
• Perform a system calibration (dynamic) prior, during, and after inspection (Daily Routine).
• Read a code and acceptance criteria (Daily Routine).
• Evaluate weld quality and decide to accept/reject per code and criteria (Daily Routine).
• Prepare an accuracy and completeness inspection report using an approved report format (Daily Routine).
