Al Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Training Officer to enhance HR services in Oman. The ideal candidate will create engaging training programs, ensure compliance with operational standards, and support various training initiatives to boost employee performance. Key skills include facilitation, coaching, and needs analysis, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and client engagement.
Training operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR-related services to a user base of 10,000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners at Al-Futtaim. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Training Officer to work from our HR Shared Service Centre in Oman.
