Job description

Personal Trainer (Female)

1. Assess clients' health, fitness levels, and wellness conditions.
2. Construct personalized workout programs.
3. Explain exercises thoroughly and suggest options if needed.
4. Monitor clients' progress in physical fitness.
5. Discuss the secure and appropriate use of gym equipment.
6. Lead both individual and group training sessions.
7. Advertise fitness packages and strategies offered by the gym.
8. Perform CPR and administer first aid in emergencies.
9. Notify clients about gym safety, security, and hygiene guidelines.
10. Develop positive and trusting relationships with clients.
11. Advise clients on nutritional and lifestyle changes as needed.
