• Educating Method as well as Planning: Assisting in recognizing the training requirements of the hotel.
• Coordinate as well as track all training being performed in the resort on an ongoing basis.
• Training Procedures: promote hotel-wide trainings for all Group Members.
• Train and also support departmental instructors, and coordinate training supplied by division students.
• Lead the Positioning process for all brand-new Team Members.
