Job summary

Classera in Oman is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale strategic project, with emphasis on government entities and ministries in Oman. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive relationships to drive delivery.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience, strong governance and budgeting skills, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred. Excellent English; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in complex programs.
• Experience with government entities or ministries in Oman is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale strategic project in Oman.
• Own project planning, governance, timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Act as primary contact for key client and government stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with partners and vendors.
• Establish governance, reporting, escalation, and risk-management processes.
• Ensure milestones and contractual deliverables are met on time and with quality.
• Manage scope changes, dependencies, issues, and risks proactively.
• Prepare and present status updates to senior management and executives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction.
