Job description
  • Reviews the training schedule and confirm appointments to deliver training;
  • Visits the clients and educate their employees about the brand, product and its use;
  • Develops training materials to make sure all material delivered is consistent across the market;
  • Arranges for the appointments;
  • Ensures preparations are set at the required time;
  • Develops reports and evaluations on the training sessions given;
  • Presents the items to the client and introduce the products;
  • Monitors the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the companys products;
  • Sets the brand guidelines within the assigned brand and coach and control the team on the implementation;
  • Maintains all assigned training assets in effective shape at all times;
  • Monitors the shelf life of products while in the field;
  • Assesses the caliber of the saloon staff and conduct training to elevate their standard, and knowledge on the brand;
  • Conducts product knowledge training for retail (refresh training, new product information, new launches, etc.);
  • Tailors-made and frequently update the local training manuals needed for the training and learning process;
  • Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures;
  • Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
  • Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.

  • Carries out Annual Appraisals for subordinates;
  • Prepares the Departments Yearly Budget;
  • Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
  • Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
