Job summary

StarsOfTheShow in Khasab, Oman, is seeking a skilled Mason to construct and repair buildings, walls and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and stones. You will mix and apply mortar to join materials and follow blueprints.

The role requires at least 2 years of masonry experience, the ability to read blueprints, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently or in a team on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints or drawings to determine layout and specifications for construction projects.

• Lay out patterns or foundations using chalk lines or plumb bobs.
• Mix mortar or other adhesives using specified proportions.
• Use trowels, levels, hammers, chisels, or other tools to shape or cut materials.
• Build structures such as walls, chimneys, fireplaces, patios, etc.
• Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones.
• Clean up worksite after completing the project.

Skilled Mason

We are in need of a skilled Mason to join our team in Khasab. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings, walls, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or man-made stones. You will also be required to mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to adhere materials together.

Requirements

• - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mason
• - Extensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
• - Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• - Physically fit with good balance and hand-eye coordination
• - Attention to detail and precision in work
• - Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location

This job is located in Khasab. Applicants from India or the Philippines are preferred.
