Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Sr Production Specialist to lead the shift at the Dammam, KSA facility, overseeing production, mixing, filling, packaging, and tote washing. You will manage data entry in the warehouse system and drive efficiency improvements while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in chemical plants or warehouses, familiarity with SAP/SCADA is a plus, and you will train teammates while maintaining a safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in a chemical plant or warehouse.
• Two years of experience with reaction chemistry.
• Basic English language, reading and writing.
• Outlook experience.
• Ability to use basic math, including percentages and decimals.
• Forklift driving.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter production data into the warehouse management system.
• Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting and records.
• Improve departmental productivity and efficiencies (OEE, OPE) and product quality.
• Follows TPM/continuous improvement principles.
• Communicates maintenance needs or safety issues to leadership.
• Assists in training teammates.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs line changeovers and ensures correct materials.
