Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our technical team, specializing in Large Format Digital Printing and Advertising Machines. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for printers, CNC routers, laser cutters, or related signage equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain large format digital printers, cutters, and related advertising machines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and provide on‑site or remote technical support.
• Train customers on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain service reports and ensure proper documentation of work performed.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for after‑sales support and spare parts management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in servicing large format printing or advertising machines (e.g., Roland, Mimaki, HP, Epson, Flora, Gongzheng, etc.).
• Strong understanding of print software, color calibration, and RIP tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for installation and support across regions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UV printers, eco‑solvent machines, CNC routers, or laser cutting machines.
• Knowledge of firmware upgrades and system networking.
