We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
  • Perform commissioning, standard maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel engines, generators, turbochargers, and related machinery in accordance with approved guidelines and work cards.
  • Execute LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis) before starting work and ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, including proper use of PPE and incident reporting.
  • Prepare and coordinate service activities by identifying spare parts, tools, technical documentation, and assembly procedures for upcoming assignments.
  • Provide technical leadership on site, acting as a technical focal point, coaching technicians, and supporting troubleshooting, performance testing, and root cause analysis.
  • Support MAN ES and third‑party customers with assembly, disassembly, and overhaul activities in line with MAN standards.
  • Collect technical data, prepare service reports, analyze maintenance data, and propose improvements using standard software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Ensure accurate completion of time sheets and maintain continuous communication, training participation, and adherence to MAN standard maintenance and HSE policies.
Essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy equipment, marine industry, or power plants.
  • Experience in reading technical documents, instructions, sketches/explanation of details and cross sectional drawings.
  • Familiarity with HSE, environmental, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
  • Ability to prepare technical reports using Microsoft Office.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of engine systems, accessories, and auxiliaries (e.g. separators, coolers, filters).
