Qualifications

• 5–8 years in cybersecurity with leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading SOC or security operations teams.
• Experience with incident response lifecycle and threat management.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security tooling from a management perspective.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SOC Analysts (L1-L3).
• Oversee daily security monitoring, incident detection, and response activities.
• Develop and refine SOC processes, playbooks, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and SLAs.
• Report on security posture, incidents, and operational metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to enhance overall security.
