Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Experience in railway projects, substations, or shade structures is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities for railway substations and shade structures.
• Ensure execution of foundations, concrete works, and structural elements as per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, structural, and other project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor subcontractors, site progress, manpower, and construction materials.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, and approvals.
• Review construction drawings, resolve site technical issues, and coordinate with the technical office.
• Maintain daily site reports and ensure activities align with the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Previous experience in railway projects, substations, utility buildings, or shade structures is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in foundations, reinforced concrete works, and structural construction.
• Experience working with a main contractor on infrastructure or railway projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong site supervision, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
