Experience: 8-10 of sales years’ experience in Oman with focus in ITC & land sales
Nationality: Preferred Omani or Arab Nationals
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new sales leads.
- Find new clients, create a strong referral pipeline, and build relationships with them.
- Visit sites to collect information about available properties, take professional photographs, and market these properties for sale or rent.
- Represent sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers and advise clients on their buying decisions.
- Keep up-to-date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
- Act as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with properties.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs and financial resources.
- Accompany buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, liaise with vendors and buyers, and negotiate deals.
- Involve in business generation activities such as leaflet drops and upselling additional services.
- Mentore and guide junior team members, contribute to the growth of the team.
Drive end-to-end campaign management with support from in-house marketing and operations
Requirements & Skills
- Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Provide support for less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.
