Job summary

Uknowva is seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector to oversee quality assurance for a major project in Oman. The role focuses on monitoring incoming/outgoing materials and processes to ensure compliance with defined standards and client requirements.

You will conduct tests, analyze results, and report findings to arrest non-conformities. Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and cross-functional coordination with engineering and construction teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or QA in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards (ASME, API, ISO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day quality control activities for the assigned project.
• Perform inspections on materials, products, and services against criteria and procedures.
• Witness tests such as hydrotest, pneumatic test, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Define inspection/test processes and document results with reports and records.
• Ensure traceability of materials and installations and maintain quality documentation.
• Assist internal and external audits and coordinate with project teams and clients.
