Role Definition
Works under the direct supervision of Director of Operations – Infrastructure. This team member leads an infrastructure design team and schedules, organizes, coordinates and executes the design work on projects of all scales.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Is sought out for technical expertise and knowledge and for troubleshooting complex technical issues within local office, and across regional offices.
- Coordinates projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Applies basic knowledge and understanding of multi-disciplines and in-depth knowledge in own field of specialty
- Provides technical expertise in preparation for review budgets, bids, and contracts, where necessary liaises with clients, statutory authorities and other3rd parties.
- Defines roles and responsibilities of multi-disciplinary projects
- Demonstrates ability to input on policies, standards, or procedures for Architectural / Interior / Design / Landscape / Technologist and technical work for the improvement of QA & IMS documentation.
- Promotes vision and mission statements throughout discipline area.

- Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements, knowledge of codes, regulations and submission requirements.
- Ability and will to mentor and provide support to junior staff members and spread knowledge across the wider engineering community.
- Ability and will to update knowledge.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an added value.

Qualifications
- B.Eng or B.Sc in relevant engineering discipline
- Desirable minimum 15 years post graduate experience.
- Local Society of Engineers membership.
- Desirable Chartered Engineer or similar accreditation
