Job summary

A leading oil and gas exploration company in Oman is seeking a Senior Production Technologist to lead WRFM processes and contribute to project development. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in production technology, strong leadership and coaching skills, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. This role involves significant collaboration and mentoring of junior staff, aiming for top-tier performance in Well Recovery and Facility Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of specialization in Perforation/Stimulation, Hydraulic Frac, or similar areas.
• Strong coaching and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of WRFM process in the asset.
• Ensure credible path to Top Quartile WRFM Performance.
• Execute WRFM scope related to production management.
• Support daily production operations and well intervention programmes.
