Confidential is seeking a Senior Oracle WMS Consultant to analyze, design, configure and optimize Oracle Warehouse Management solutions, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory transactions. You will integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and provide end-user support in line with company policies.

In collaboration with warehouse, supply chain, finance and IT teams, you will map current and future workflows, develop test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and mentor staff on WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in warehouse management systems, including hands-on Oracle WMS implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM integrations; experience with RF scanners, barcode workflows and inventory controls.

Responsabilités

2- ROLE PURPOSE:

The Senior Oracle WMS Consultant is responsible for supporting Company . and its subsidiaries in analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing and optimizing Oracle Warehouse Management solutions in line with business requirements. Reporting to the Oracle Application Manager, the consultant will ensure efficient warehouse operations, seamless integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and related systems, accurate inventory transactions, and reliable end-user support in accordance with company policies and strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Analyze warehouse business requirements, document functional specifications, review solution designs, and configure Oracle Warehouse Management processes to support operational and business objectives.
2. Lead Oracle WMS configuration and process alignment for receiving, put-away, directed tasks, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, cycle counting, physical inventory, lot/serial tracking, locations, and inventory adjustments.
3. Maintain item, facility, location, inventory and transaction data integrity; support data migration, validation, reporting, dashboards, interfaces and operational performance monitoring.
4. Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, finance and IT stakeholders to map current and future warehouse workflows, establish standard operating procedures, and identify opportunities for process automation.
5. Support end-to-end implementation and integration of Oracle WMS with Oracle Fusion Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Transportation, handheld RF/barcode devices, and relevant third-party systems as applicable.
6. Develop and execute test scenarios, support SIT and UAT, investigate transaction and interface failures, track defects, validate fixes, and ensure operational readiness before go-live.
7. Provide daily application support, troubleshoot warehouse transactions, monitor interfaces and scheduled jobs, manage configurations and releases, and coordinate incident resolution with technical teams and vendors.
8. Prepare user guides, conduct key-user and warehouse-team training, support go-live and hyper-care, transfer knowledge, and mentor team members on Oracle WMS best practices.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in warehouse management systems, including hands-on Oracle WMS implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM integrations; experience with RF scanners, barcode workflows and inventory controls.

Language: English required; Arabic preferred
