Job summary

Towers International seeks an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite specialist to lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through go-live. You will analyze business processes, design tailored EBS solutions across Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing, and ensure stable system operation through testing and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates hold an Oracle EBS certification (OCP) and have at least five years of hands-on experience aligning processes with EBS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, IT or related field.
Oracle EBS certifications (OCP) highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades and support.
Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with Oracle EBS in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in Oracle EBS implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
Analyze business processes and design Oracle EBS solutions to optimize efficiency.
Configure Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, Manufacturing) to fit business needs.
Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot issues.
