Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in NodeJS and AWS to work remotely. This role involves designing and evolving backend architectures for large-scale social discovery products and requires strong experience in TypeScript, AWS serverless technologies, and DevOps practices. Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and Node.js (ESM).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS CDK v2 and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Deep knowledge of AWS serverless ecosystem: Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, queues, and dead-letter queues.
• Experience with DynamoDB data modeling and designing efficient access patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define effective technical solutions.
• Design and decompose high-level system architecture into implementation plans.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Implement DevOps practices including monitoring and security improvements.
• Deploy and support production systems, ensuring reliability.
