Job summary

duruper is seeking a Senior Mechanical Inspector in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman. The ideal candidate will supervise and conduct mechanical inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements, adhering to ARAMCO standards. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in inspection. Proven knowledge of international standards and valid inspector certifications are essential. This role is a significant part of maintaining project quality and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of inspection experience or 8 years with a diploma.
• Valid international Welding Inspector certification such as AWS or CSWIP.
• Strong knowledge of international inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform mechanical inspection activities.
• Verify compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans and Quality Control procedures.
