Job summary

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the EU project “Egypt Downtown Facility.” We seek a Senior Non-Key Expert – Governance & Public Administration to support governance reform, institutional development and capacity strengthening of Egyptian public institutions.

The role delivers high-quality technical assistance to enhance policy dialogue, programme implementation and institutional effectiveness in alignment with bilateral cooperation priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration, political science, governance, law or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in governance, public administration reform and institutional development.
• Experience conducting institutional assessments, functional reviews and capacity needs assessments.
• Experience working with ministries or other public authorities.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to governance, public administration reform and institutional development.
• Strengthen capacities and effectiveness of Egyptian public institutions involved in EU-funded actions.
• Provide rapid, flexible and high-quality advisory services to improve policy dialogue and programme implementation.
