Job summary

An international engineering group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical and I&C works for a solar PV plant in Sohar, Oman. You will ensure compliance with technical specifications and manage contractors effectively. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 7-10 years of site supervision experience, especially in solar projects. Full-time presence on-site is required for around 6 months, with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in electrical site supervision.
• At least 3-5 years on utility-scale solar PV or power generation projects.
• Strong understanding of PV plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and I&C works on site for the PV plant.
• Monitor contractors to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
• Prepare daily/weekly supervision reports for the Project Manager.
