Job summary

Mogi I/O in Masqaţ, Oman, is seeking a Consultant Dermatologist with several years of post-qualification experience to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions.

The ideal candidate holds an MD, DNB, Board certification, Fellowship, or equivalent in Dermatology and will provide individualized treatment, dermatological procedures, and long-term patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold an MD, DNB, Board certification, Fellowship, PhD, or equivalent recognized higher specialty qualification in Dermatology.
• Several years of professional Dermatology experience with post-qualification practice.
• Strong competence in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of dermatological conditions.
• Experience in procedural dermatology and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatology consultations and take medical histories.
• Assess skin, hair, nail, and related conditions and establish diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and perform dermatological procedures.
• Review labs and investigations and integrate results into care.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust management as needed.
• Counsel patients on diagnosis, options, outcomes, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate notes, treatment plans, and records with confidentiality.
