Dynamic Staffing Services seeks a Senior Construction Manager with extensive CMEI/EPC construction experience to lead mega-scale projects in the Middle East. You will manage large site teams, subcontractors and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years of overall experience, including at least 6 years in a similar senior role, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Strong safety, quality and coordination capabilities are essential.

Formación

• 18+ years total experience with minimum 6 years in a Senior Construction Manager role.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in CMEI/EPC construction projects and large mega-scale programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large site teams, subcontractors and manage construction activity from mobilization to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities and ensure strict HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to align on project goals and milestones.
• Oversee planning, execution, manpower provisioning and subcontractor management.
