Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Banking Operations Specialist to oversee the company’s bank accounts, KYC, SWIFT payments, investments and related treasury activities. You will optimize processes, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and manage relationships with partner banks to deliver efficient, compliant banking operations.

The role requires 5+ years in back-office treasury, strong analytical skills, SAP/SWIFT proficiency, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in back-office corporate treasury operations.
• Proficiency with treasury software, SAP and SWIFT messaging standards.
• Solid understanding of Shariah-compliant business banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff in analytical skills and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of bank accounts, including opening, closing and maintenance.
• Contribute to development of Bank Account Management and related processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop treasury products and address inquiries.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including AML and KYC standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners to optimize processes.
• Review and negotiate banking agreements and contracts.
• Lead negotiation and execution of investment agreements with financial institutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on banking operations and metrics.
• Continuously evaluate and improve banking operations using best practices.
• Oversee Corporate Credit Card program including issuing, monitoring and reconciliation.
