Hostess

About Firm: Our hill hotel is located near Nizwa, part of the Hajar Hills of northeast Oman. Experience Omani hospitality and luxury at our Nizwa resort. Rooms overlook the canyon with private verandas. The role focuses on delivering a pleasant, timely, and efficient guest and member experience, with a requirement to have comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a pleasant, timely, and efficient service experience for guests and members.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings.
  • Follow hotel grooming standards, including consistent dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
  • Greet guests, take messages as needed, and relay them accurately to the appropriate person promptly.
  • Follow proper reporting procedures when issues are encountered.
  • Manage guest inquiries in a friendly, prompt, and reliable manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the dining establishment’s seating arrangements.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety laws and procedures.
Qualifications / Abilities
  • Outstanding grooming standards and a positive attitude with good communication skills.
