Work standard in Nizwa, Oman is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team and craft high-quality coffee beverages for customers during busy hours. You will handle orders, operate the cash register, maintain clean equipment, and engage customers with friendly service while promoting our coffee options.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of barista experience, knowledge of brewing methods, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of different brewing methods; latte art skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Biometric passport or valid work permit.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
• Ensure consistent quality in every beverage by following proper recipes and techniques.
• Take customer orders and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
• Inform customers about our different coffee options and make recommendations based on their preferences.
