Qualifications
Enthusiastic sea turtle biologist with appropriate education or substantial experience in conservation.
Qualified SCUBA diver (Advanced Open Water or equivalent preferred).
Experience working in remote locations with limited resources desired.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and expand Photo-ID research nationwide.
Manage ghost gear research – mitigation and recycling projects.
Engage in community outreach and awareness building.
Skills
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of, and a passion for, the marine environment and conservation
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marine biology, zoology, environmental science or related field
