Responsibilities

  • Oversee activities including training and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
  • Direct flow of information for sales activities and evaluate data for goal achievement.
  • Ensure sales objectives are met and coordinate with other departments.
  • Train and accompany sales representatives during calls.
  • Provide technical advice to the sales team.
  • Prepare sales contracts and proposals.
  • Communicate new products and service opportunities.
  • Propose special sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Deliver statements of accounts to clients.
  • Generate reports on market conditions and client needs.
  • Follow company rules and assist in annual appraisals.
  • Analyze and complete required reports on a regular basis.
  • Set a good example regarding punctuality and attitude.
Job description
  • Provides day-to-day supervision of activities including training, manpower planning, motivation, and performance evaluation of sales representatives;
  • Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluates data to ensure area goals are met;
  • Ensures sales objectives are met within Madi International strategies and maintains coordination with other departments;
  • Accompanies sales rep on calls where appropriate, and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives;
  • Provides technical advice to sales Team;
  • Independently prepares sales contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions;
  • Communicates new products and service opportunities;
  • Proposes special sales activities to reduce stock;
  • Establishes positive relationships and maintains rapport for continuous business process.
  • Follows up the preparation and delivery of statement of accounts to clients.
  • Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports on changes in the market condition, competitive activities, and client preference/needs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
  • Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures;
  • Assists in carrying out Annual Appraisals for subordinates;
  • Analyzes and fills all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases;
  • Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
