We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative-Wholesales to join our team in Oman.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed wholesale sales targets.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with wholesale customers in line with company policies.
- Present and promote new and existing product lines through meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Account Management
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key wholesale clients.
- Provide product education and training to clients to increase sell‑through and brand visibility.
- Monitor client orders, stock levels, and replenishment needs to ensure optimal availability.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging beauty innovations.
- Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Support promotional campaigns, launches, and events targeting wholesale partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry, preferably in wholesale or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
