Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth across our marketing, media, and event management divisions. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the advertising industry, strong market relationships, and the ability to close major deals across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across OOH, digital, and event management verticals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and government entities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, events, and digital) to develop integrated marketing solutions.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or event management sales.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of clients and agencies in Oman and GCC.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid driving license preferred.
