Overview

Coordinator - Sales Support

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with service providers and network partners abroad; evaluate offerings and prepare affordable pricing tariffs.
  • Accumulate professional details information for progress and efficiency evaluation.
  • Tender bid management, float RFI/RFQs, accumulate expenses and service choices, and prepare extensive propositions.
  • Regularly report overall sales tasks and product performance; update report trackers or web portals or Excel reports to ensure documents are up to date.
  • Ensure timely entry of billing and follow-up of settlement receivables to prevent pending payments.
  • Utilize GAC sales performance in GF2 system to maximize system usage in the field.
  • Monitor rival activities and report to management to maintain awareness of competitors and ability to match or exceed them.
  • Act as a duty holder in maintaining GAC Code of Principles and GAC Spirit in the best interests of the company and team.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to guarantee the service level of the firm.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any relevant discipline (Delivery or Logistics Diploma acceptable).
  • 2-4 years in a comparable role in the products or logistics sector.
  • High degree of sector knowledge.
  • Strong values and adherence to company plans and procedures.
  • Good social understanding and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially MS Office and Outlook; strong data entry abilities.
