Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with a Diploma, or 1 year of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in roads construction, operations, or maintenance projects.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and supervise field activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor activities to ensure compliance with MOTLS safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and non‑compliance.
• Monitor daily field operations for safe work practices.
