Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working as a cashier in a retail environment.
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle money accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic knowledge preferred).
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult customers with patience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must currently hold a biometric passport.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions using cash registers
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
• Maintain an organized cash register and ensure correct change is given to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
• Monitor inventory levels of money in the cash register and request additional funds when needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding handling of cash and credit card transactions
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
