Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by acting as the ambassador of the restaurant, interacting with guests both on the telephone and in person. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests are delighted by the quality, attentiveness, and timing of our Food & Beverage service in the restaurant. You will fill one of the most important roles in influencing guest satisfaction. As such your key duties and responsibilities are: to ensure the timely service and efficient operation of the restaurant operations, set a tone of welcoming hospitality, perform every guest interaction in a positive and professional manner, and receive guest feedback on their experience. You will need to understand and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures in regards to guest service, personal discipline, and grooming.
