In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the filing process. Your contributions will ensure that clients receive a seamless experience and that any issues are proactively addressed. This position requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to drive process improvements. Accountabilities
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and operational teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings to prioritize stakeholder needs.
  • Triage data corrections and ProFile inquiries from operations teams.
  • Author bug reports and enhancement tickets to capture business requirements.
  • Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality, including writing procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development product owners.
  • Maintain the QFS order inbox with accuracy and completeness.
  • Partner with the invoicing team to troubleshoot client‑specific issues.
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager in translation, patent filing, or localization.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with ProFile.
  • Experience in operations, product support, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
