Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring experienced Recruiters for a client in the construction industry within the GCC region.
This role requires professionals with strong experience in sourcing or onboarding who can manage recruitment processes remotely while ensuring high-quality candidate delivery for technical and project-based roles.
Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering roles through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases).
- Understand technical requirements for positions in civil, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future construction projects.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Recruiter – Onboarding Specialist
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across project and site-based roles.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation as per company policies.
- Coordinate joining formalities with HR, admin, and project management teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into the workforce.
- Maintain employee records and prepare regular onboarding status reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, including construction or engineering industry hiring (mandatory).
- Proven expertise in sourcing technical and site-based professionals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment remotely.
- Must be currently based in the GCC (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait).
