Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a Quality Director to lead the QA and QC functions across the company. The role focuses on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and LEAN/TQM practices, driving continuous improvement and embedding robust audit programs with suppliers and internal processes.

You will manage budgets and a team, develop the quality strategy, and ensure product and process compliance with international standards while delivering value to customers and stakeholders in a high‑volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• ISO 9001 internal auditor certification from recognized bodies (BV/TUV/Intertek, URS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop quality strategy and align processes with QMS and international standards.
• Lead QA and QC teams, manage audits, supplier development and continual improvement.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Establish KPI-driven quality governance and ensure compliance across the business.
