Job summary

A global technology and digital transformation company is seeking a skilled Project Manager – Training and Development in Oman. The role involves planning, managing, and delivering training projects, coordinating with various stakeholders.   • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery.

Role & responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver training and learning projects end-to-end from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and SMEs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
  • Track and report project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Manage training logistics, documentation, and effectiveness evaluation for continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements
  • Project Management Skills: Strong coordination and leadership abilities.
  • Relevant Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
  • Prior experience managing learning or training projects.
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
  • Nationality: Omani preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing training/learning projects.
