Job summary

OQ Exploration & Production is seeking a Manager in Production Engineering to lead technical evaluations and production engineering studies for gas assets. This role will focus on production system design, development evaluations, and ensuring technical integrity of production forecasts. Candidates should have 8+ years in Petroleum Engineering, possess strong project management skills, and be proficient in English and Arabic. The position offers an opportunity to influence field development and asset value creation strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Production/Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and various subsurface fields.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Engineering studies and technical evaluations for gas assets.
• Develop production forecasts and validate well productivity assumptions.
• Identify development optimization opportunities to enhance recovery.
