• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel VIP household palace luxury residence or high-end private home
• Excellent housekeeping hygiene organization and attention to detail
• Skilled in laundry ironing steaming folding and caring for delicate and expensive garments
• Knowledge of fabrics washing temperatures and garment-care labels
• Experienced in organizing wardrobes shoes handbags accessories and personal belongings
• Able to pack and unpack luggage neatly and systematically
• Professional polite calm presentable honest trustworthy and discreet
• Good English communication skills
• Proactive intelligent organized and able to learn routines and preferences quickly
• Able to welcome and assist guests politely and professionally
