Job summary

MapleGroves is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser for our fashion retail store in Khasab, Egypt. You will create visually appealing displays and arrange products to attract customers, coordinating with the store manager to implement merchandising strategies aligned with our brand image and customer preferences.

The role requires proven fashion retail merchandising experience, a strong eye for visual presentation, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a fashion retail setting.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Create eye-catching displays of merchandise according to seasonal trends and promotions.
Ensure the store is well-stocked and products are arranged attractively.
Collaborate with the buying team to select products based on customer demand.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure displays are maintained and labeled.
Train sales associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement.
