Job summary

Flyper in Nizwa, Oman seeks a reliable Part-Time Truck Driver to safely operate our fleet within the city. You will report to dispatchers, plan efficient routes, and help with loading/unloading as needed.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean record, at least a 12th grade education, and proven truck driving experience. Visa sponsorship is available; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Part-Time Truck Driver to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a part-time truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our trucks to transport goods from one location to another within the city.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate our trucks to transport goods within the city
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Perform routine checks on the truck's condition and report any issues
• Load and unload goods onto the truck
• Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries made

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 12th grade education or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
• Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations in Nizwa, Oman
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate loading equipment if needed
• Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary
