Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Part-Time Machine Operator in Salalah to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. The role offers flexible hours and accommodation is provided if needed.

You will monitor machines, perform routine maintenance, adjust settings for quality output, and keep production records while adhering to safety standards. Ideal candidates have proven machine operation experience, ability to read manuals/blueprints, and a solid grasp of production procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
• Good understanding of production procedures.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure quality production output
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Keep accurate records of daily production activities
