PPOAR in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking a part-time Gardener to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces for our clients. This flexible role suits someone with gardening experience looking for part-time hours.

You will care for lawns, plants, trees, and shrubs, plant new flora, prune where needed, monitor health, and use common tools. Accommodation is provided and the position offers a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior gardening or landscaping experience is required.
• Knowledge of local plants and climate in Oman preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Part-time availability with flexible schedule.
• Student status is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and plants on clients' properties.
• Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs as needed.
• Prune and trim trees and bushes to maintain their shape and health.
• Monitor plant health and water plants as needed.
• Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from gardens.
• Use gardening tools such as shovels, rakes, shears, etc.
• Provide recommendations for improving garden maintenance and design.
