Part-Time Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Crane Operator to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various types of cranes according to safety standards and manufacturer's instructions
• Inspect cranes before and after use to ensure proper functioning
• Determine load weight and balance, and operate crane controls to lift and move materials
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure safe movement of materials
• Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operations
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including materials lifted, hours worked, and any incidents or accidents that occur

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a crane operator or similar role
• Valid crane operator certification/license
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operations
• Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility for potential full-time employment in the future
